MISSIONS :

As Program Manager, I was responsible for all logistics and administration of  CSP and OEP executive programs within the EXECED department.

I was the central link between program directors, teachers, clients, participants as well as suppliers internal or external to the school.
I could organize several projects at the same time while delivering excellence for each of my clients.

​

• Responsible for all logistics executive programs for international companies: CSP (Company Specific Program) and OEP (Open Enrollment Program)

• Pivotal role between faculty, customers from all over the world and suppliers internal or external to the school to ensure the smooth running of each program

• In-house production on campus or anywhere in the world (NYC, Singapore, Finland etc.)

• Preparation: communication, platform creation, catering, hotel and room reservations, dinners, team building, course logistics, goodies, etc.

• General budget management

• On site: smooth running, support for passengers and customers, IT/AV needs, resolution of unforeseen events, response to spontaneous requests/problems, coordination with suppliers

• Post-production : feedback, invoicing, dismantling, debriefing, video and photo editing

• Customer Manager : support for continuous and personalized projects, customer relationship monitoring

• Internal operational projects: implementation of Airtable database for the department

• Mentor : training, coaching and ongoing supervision of new recruits

• Public relations: representative of INSEAD and my department at each event

• Assistance with the recruitment process

• Organization of internal and unifying events for the team
